Process
Warm cranberry juice up, add Jubilejná Punč. Stir it up and serve in a glass for hot drinks. Garnish with fruit of your choice.

Process

Nicolaus Kiss
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Lime Vodka
2 cl Nicolaus Blackcurrant Vodka
6 pieces of fresh raspberries

Process
Add raspberries and remaining ingredients into the mixing glass and fill it with ice. Shake well and strain the drink into a V-shape glass by using a bar strainer.
Fruity Nicolaus
Ingredients
2 cl Nicolaus Cranberry Vodka
1 cl cranberry juice
1 cl mango spice syrup

Process
Pour syrup into a shot glass and after that pour the juice and vodka in layers by using a bar spoon.
Fresh Fruit Dream
Ingredients
6 cl Nicolaus Cranberry Vodka
2/8 fresh lime
2 cl passion fruit syrup
10 cl apple juice

Process
Squeeze 2/8 of lime into the mixing glass, fill it with ice and pour all remaining ingredients. Shake all well and pour this drink into a double rock glass.
Fresh Lime Passion
Ingredients
6 cl Nicolaus Lime Vodka
1/2 fresh lime
2 cl passion fruit syrup

Process
Squeeze half of the lime into the mixing glass, fill it with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake all well and subsequently strain the drink into a V-shape glass.
Juicy Nicolaus
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Grapefruit
2 cl Peach liqueur (used Vedrenne Creme de Peche)
8 cl Apple juice
1 cl Lime juice

Process
Shake all ingredients properly in a shaker and pour them into a cool glass filled with ice.
Currantly
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Blackcurrant
2 cl Lychee juice
1 cl Lime juice

Process
Shake all ingredients and ice cubes well in a shaker and pour them into a cool glass.
Sweet Cassis
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Blackcurrant
2 cl Crème de Cassis
1 cl Currant juice

Process
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the flavored vodka and blackcurrant liqueur – Crème de Cassis. Pour the currant juice into the drink and serve it with straws.
Cranberry Cool
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Cranberry
2 teaspoons of grated ginger
10 cl Cranberry juice

Process
Fill the glass with ice, add ginger and pour vodka with juice into it and stir well.
Cucumber Spice
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Cranberry
2 pieces of fresh cucumber
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
8 cl Tonic
2 cl Sprite

Process
Fill the glass with ice, pour all ingredients there and add the grated ginger and a piece of cucumber into it in the end.
Secret Peel
Ingredients
5 cl Nicolaus Vodka Grapefruit
1 cl Lime juice
1 cl Sugar syrup
8 cl Pink grapefruit juice

Process
Into a glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients according to the recipe. Decorate this drink and serve it with straws.
Bitter Passion
Ingredients
5 cl Nicolaus Vodka Grapefruit
1 cl Campari, 2cl Grenadine
2 cl Limejuice
8 cl Grapefruit juice

Process
Shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour this drink into a cool glass filled with ice.
Extra Lime
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Lime
3/8 lime
bicarbonate

Process
Fill a Whisky glass (rock glass) with ice. Squeeze the limes and drop them into the glass. In the end, pour remaining ingredients into the glass.
Nicolaus Lemonade
Ingredients
4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Lime
4 – 5 lístkov mäty
1 lyžička nastrúhaného zázvoru
10 cl Sprite alebo 7UP

Process
Pohár naplňte ľadom a pridajte ingrediencie. Postláčané mätové lístky pridajte do koktejlu a ozdobte ho vetvičkou mäty.
Honeyjito
Ingredients
6 cl Demänovka
4/8 lime
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
6–8 mint leaves
6 cl bicarbonate
6 cl apple juice

Process
Put the lime, brown sugar, mint and Demänovka into a tall glass and crush it all by using a bar muddler. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the remaining ingredients into the glass. Mix well with a bar spoon and at the top of the cocktail add a teaspoon of honey.

Garnish it with a sprig of mint.
Starter
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka
2 cl coffee liqueur
1 strong espresso
6 cl milk

Process
Add ice into the mixing glass and pour all ingredients into it. Shake it all well and strain it into a double whiskey glass filled with crushed ice.

Decorate it with coffee beans or sprinkle it with instant coffee.
Summer Kiss
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka
2 cl lime cordial
1 cl Cassis liqueur
6 cl cranberry juice
10 pieces of fresh currants

Process
Add fresh currants into a mixing glass and gently mash them by using a bar spoon; add ice and all remaining ingredients. Shake it well and strain it into a V-shape glass by using a bar strainer.

Decorate it with a currant cluster and lime grass.
Dragon Eye
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka
8 cl cranberry juice
6 cl 7UP or Sprite

Process
Fill the Long glass with ice completely and gradually add Demänovka, cranberry juice and 7UP / Sprite.

Decorate with lime marigold.
Sunshine
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka Sweet
2 cl passion fruit liqueur
12 cl orange juice
4 pieces of fresh raspberries or syrup

Process
Add raspberries, ice into the mixing glass and pour all ingredients. Shake all well and pour this fluid into the long glass.

Decorate with raspberries and orange peel.
Mr. Stark Medicine
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka Bitter
12 cl strong extract from the coltsfoot
leaves from one complete rosemary sprig
juice from a half of lime
20 – 25 g honey

Process

Gently crush the leaves of rosemary before pouring water on them. Use leaves of one complete rosemary sprig and two big bar spoons of dried coltsfoot for 12 cl of intensive extract. After pouring hot water, steep it for 7-10 minutes. Strain the extract; add honey, juice from the half of lime and Demänovka Bitter.The drink temperature should not be lower than 65°C.
Sweet’n’spicy Apple Punch
Ingredients
3 cl Demänovka Liqueur
10 cl apple juice
25 – 30 g Ginger
cloves, star anise, a piece of cinnamon
1,5 cl lemon juice
½ bar spoon of the cane sugar

Process
Crush the cloves, cinnamon and star anise in a mortar. Clean the ginger, cut it into small slices, and then mash it well. Pour the apple juice and the crushed mixture of spices. In the case of a higher acidity of the apple juice, add more sugar cane; if the acidity is lower, you can adjust it by adding of the fresh lemon juice. Boil this liquid, add Demänovka and strain the drink into a glass.
Red Hot Berry “D”
Ingredients
3,5 cl Demänovka
2,5 cl Agave syrup
Lemon juice
half of a lime divided into four pieces – 4/8
10 large mint leaves
8 – 10 cl hot water

Process
Cut one-half of the washed lime into four pieces. Drop them into a glass; pour them by the lemon juice and the mint leaves. Mash thoroughly. Fill in the agave syrup and hot water. Stir until the syrup dissolves. Fill in Demänovka and check the temperature of this finished drink. Strain the drink into a glass.
Hot Demänovka
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka Bitter
1,5 dcl apple juice
pieces of cinnamon and cloves

Process
Boil the apple juice with cloves and cinnamon in a pot, add the Demänovka Bitter in the end and pour the drink into a glass. Decorate it with a round of orange and cloves.
Demänovka Bitter + grape drink
Ingredients
4 cl Demänovka Bitter
carbonated grape beverage

Process
Fill the glass with ice, pour in all ingredients, stir and serve it with a lemon or lime.
Cranberry Demänovka + tonik
Ingredients
4 cl Cranberry Demänovka
Tonic

Process
Fill the glass with ice, pour ingredients into it and stir well.
Warming Gift
Ingredients
16 cl green apple juice
4 cl Jubilejná Hrejivé Jablko (Warming Apple)
1 cl lime juice

Process
Heat up the apple juice, add Jubilejná Hrejivé Jablko (Warming Apple) and lime juice and stir lightly.
Pear Tea Party
Ingredients
16 cl green tea
4 cl Jubilejná Hruška (Pear) or Jubilejná Hruška s medom (Pear with honey)
1 teaspoon of honey
few drops of lemon juice

Process
Pour hot water over the green tea, steep it for 2-3 minutes and let it cool mildly down. Fill the Jubilejná Pear or the Jubilejná Pear with honey into it, add the teaspoon of honey and stir well. Flavour it with few drops of lime juice.
Piňa colada
Ingredients
3 cl Soberano 12
3 cl coconut milk
3 cl pineapple juice

Process
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and few drops of the Angostura add in the end.
Mojito
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano 5
3 cl lemon juice
2 teaspoons of white sugar
bicarbonate
mint leaves

Process
Mix the white sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves until the sugar dissolves. Add the Soberano 5, ice and top up the bicarbonate into it. Finally, add few drops of the Angostura into it.
Margarita
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano
2 cl Cointreau
2 cl lemon juice

Process
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Serve it in the martini glass adorned with a salt crust.
Daiquiri
Ingredients
5 cl Soberano 5
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup

Process
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve it in the cocktail glass adorned with a piece of orange and a cherry.
Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano 5
2 cl Cointreau
2 cl lime juice or lime liqueur
3 cl blueberry juice

Process
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve it in an old-fashioned glass adorned with pieces of lime.
Caipirinha
Ingredients
5 cl Soberano 12
½ lime, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons of sugar

Process
Mix lime with sugar, until a bittersweet mixture is created, add Soberano 12 and finally cover it all with crushed ice and stir it well.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano 12
9 cl tomato juice
2 cl lemon juice
celery salt
spices
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco

Process
Put the mixture of spices, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice into a glass. Add ice and stir well. Pour Soberano 12 and finally the tomato juice and mix the whole drink well.
Soberano + cola
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano
cola
ice

Process
Pour Soberano into a glass with ice and add the cola beverage.
Mai Tai
Ingredients
3 cl Soberano
3 cl white rum
1, 5 cl orange Curacao liqueur
1, 5 cl almond liqueur
1 cl lime juice
crushed ice

Process
Mix all ingredients in a shaker, and serve it in a long glass. Decorate with pieces of pineapple, lime and mint leaves.
Beach Sensation
Ingredients
5 cl Soberano
2 cl colorless apple liqueur
4 cl orange juice
4 cl blueberry juice
ice

Process
Fill the long glass with ice, gradually pour all ingredients into the glass and mix well. Decorate with a citrus cut.
Old Fashioned
Ingredients
4 cl Soberano
one lump of sugar
two dashes of Angostura
ice
bicarbonate

Process
Mix all ingredients in a shaker, serve it in an old-fashioned glass and decorate it with orange cut and sour cherry.
Blue Tower drink
Ingredients
4 cl Old Tower Gin

1 cl lemon juice

1 cl Curacao blue

top up with Tonic Bitter Lemon

Process
Mix all the ingredients except Tonic in a shaker and pour this liquid into a cool glass filled with ice cubes by using a strainer. Top the drink up with Tonic Bitter Lemon, decorate and serve it on a cocktail napkin.
Pineapple Pesto
Ingredients
3 cl Vodka Tri Borievky
2 cl 6-putňového tokajského vína Ostrožovič
1,5 cl medu z agávy
2 cl čerstvej limetkovej šťavy
70 až 80g ananásu
3 – 4 lístky bazalky

Process
Do šejkra pridajte roztlačený ananás, ostatné ingrediencie, lístky bazalky a ľad. Premiešajte a metódou „double-strain“ preceďte do pohára. Ozdobte lístkom bazalky.
Screwy Raisin
Ingredients
3 cl Vodka Tri Borievky
2 cl 6-putňového tokajského vína Ostrožovič
15 cl Lillet Blanc
kôra z citróna

Process
Ingrediencie vložte do miešacieho pohára, pripravte kvalitný ľad a premiešajte. Prelejte do pohára na veľký číry ľadový segment. Na záver rozvoniate silicami z citrónovej kôry.
Rosemary Ginger Smash
Ingredients
2,5 cl Vodka Tri Borievky
2 cl 6-putňového tokajského vína Ostrožovič
2 cl medu z agávy
2 cl citrónovej šťavy
25 g zázvoru
lístky z vetvičky rozmarínu

Process
Zázvor dôkladne roztlačte spolu s rozmarínom. Nadávkujte zvyšné suroviny, kvalitný ľad a šejkrujte. Metódou „double-strain“ preceďte do pohára a ozdobte lístkami alebo vetvičkou rozmarínu.
